Education Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following degrees:
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
- M.A. (Psychology)
- M.Sc. (Psychology)
- MBA (HR)
- PGD in HR
- PGD in Vocational Guidance & Counseling
Additionally, candidates must have:
- CCC Certificate (as per government rules)
- English & Gujarati Typing Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (365 days) in:
- Career counseling
- Employment guidance services in the public or private sector
- Teaching/counseling in recognized institutions
Preference will be given to candidates proficient in both English and Gujarati.
Age Limit:
- 35 Years.
