- Junior Manager : 01
- Company Secretary : 01
Education Qualification
Junior Manager :
- Engineering graduate in Civil Engineering / Water Resources Engineering / Environment Engineering
- Post-graduation degree in Water (Hydraulics, fluid mechanics etc.) would be preferable
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of working experience post qualification in planning & Construction of water treatment /sewage treatment plants/ effluent treatment plants/ storm water network. (2) Experience of working with EPC contracts would be an added advantage
- CTC : Up to 6 lacs
Company Secretary :
- Candidate from Indian nationality only
- Should be a graduate from a recognized University and an Associate/ Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI)
- LLB/CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) shall be an added advantage.
- Experience : Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in handling Secretarial and legal responsibilities and dealing with various authorities, tribunals, and forums. (2) Well versed with the compliances under the Companies Act, 2013. (3) Well versed in writing, drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, contracts, court matters and other legal matters etc.
- CTC : Up to 24 lacs
