Education Qualification
- Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
- Minimum 3 years (1 year in a listed company)
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- At least 1 year experience in a listed company
Knowledge and experience in:
- Compliances and filings under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations
- Interaction with MCA, Stock Exchanges
- Secretarial work related to Board/Committee/General Meetings
- Shareholder coordination and liaising with R&TA (Registrar and Transfer Agents)
- Exposure to SEBI compliances for listed companies
