Eligibility
- Bachelor of Library and Information Science or its equivalents Degree from University recognized by the Government.
- Preferably Degree in Law.
- Besides prescribed qualification, a candidate must possess a certificate regarding basic knowledge of computer as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
- Sufficient Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi Language.
- Candidate must have 02 years experience of working in any well organized Library after obtaining degree.
Age Limit:
- A Candidate applying to the said post, shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years of age, as on the last date for submitting Online Application.
- Women/ST/SEBC Candidates: +5 years, PwBD Candidates: +10 years, Ex-Servicemen: Actual service + 3 years, Govt. Employees: Up to 5 years relaxation, Upper Age Limit (After Relaxation): 45 years
Pay Scale:
- Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Pay Matrix Level-4)
- Additional Allowances: As per Gujarat Govt. rules
