Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical design documents and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases using available test methods.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in Agile environment
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Experience with E2E Testing Web UI applications, API, DB
- Solid understanding of database concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration testing
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements, and evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system.
- Serve as quality champion within the project and contribute to an inclusive team environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies
What We’re Looking For:
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer science, Information Technology or similar field with a good grasp of Typescript and C#
- 3 to 5 years experience in software testing and creating automated tests and testing across different levels of an application (UI, Service, and DB)
- Experience with WebdriverIO or Protractor
- ability to translate software requirements/stories into accurate and complete test scenarios, including identifying detailed test data needs.
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying, solid understanding of database concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working on an agile delivery team, curiosity and a strong drive to discover and share
