Education Qualification
Bachelor Of Engineering
Experience Required : 3-5 Years.
Requirement Skill Set : Overall 4 years of industry experience (DevOps : 3+ Years) Good communication skills.
Job Role
- Acknowledge receipt of the L2 Incident
- Investigate, diagnose, and analyze the L2 Application Incident, including capturing initial definition or description of the L2 Application Incident
- Passion for automation, standardization and best practice
- Work directly with DevOps team, product owner and various key stakeholders.
- Design and implement build, deployment and configuration management applications.
- Automate platform infrastructure provisioning (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef etc.)., maintenance of production and development environments.
- Good understanding of Linux (and Windows) operating system.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Knowledge in DevSecOps will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and Jenkins.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, using Jenkins/Digital.ai Release or other similar tools.
- Experience in public cloud providers such as Azure
- Good understanding of IAAS and PAAS
- Application monitoring through operations insights; application insights
- Good understanding of Enterprise Networks; Security and Identity Access Management
- Strong understanding of 24×7 application operations; including Incident Management; Change Management; and Capacity Management
- Must have hands-on UNIX, shell scripting and Groovy experience
