IDBI Recruitment 2023 : IDBI Bank Ltd., invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ & Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract). The above positions will be on all India basis as per the selection process enumerated hereunder.

• Junior Assistant Manager : 800
• Executives Sales & Operations : 1300

Education Qualification

Junior Assistant Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC / ST / PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Executives Sales & Operations:

• A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 25 years
• The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).

Pay Scale:

• Junior Assistant Manager: On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
• Executive-Sales and Operations: Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year

• Form submission fees for Candidate: SC, ST, PWD – Rs. 200/-
