Age: The age of the Candidate should be 60 years or more.

- Candidate residing in rural area and below poverty line BPL. The list should have a score of 0 to 20 inclusive.
- BPL prepared in connection with the poverty alleviation programs of the Ministry of Urban Housing & Poverty Elevation of the Central Govt. for Candidate from urban areas. Should be included in the list.
